We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bitter Southerner goods, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn home goods and apparel. Please note that certain limited-edition items and perishables are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our regional distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
